This dynamic individual will be responsible for assisting in developing a thoughtful internal mobility program, expanding our internship program, crafting a robust employment branding strategy, and growing our employee referral program. Responsibilities: Responsibilities <ul> <li>This Talent Acquisition, Program Manager will support the business by helping to develop an internal mobility program that is results focused, champions transparency, and promotes a phenomenal internal candidate experience.</li> <li>Expand our existing University and Internship program to both elevate Material as a leading employer brand and grow our talent pool to include students from previously untapped backgrounds.</li> <li>Help in crafting an employer branding strategy that solves against complex problems, goals, tradeoffs, and ideas.</li> <li>Partner with our talent team to grow our existing referral program and develop new ways to find future team members that add value to our company.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Qualifications <ul> <li>Desire to learn, innovate, and discover new ideas while achieving company goals and initiatives.</li> <li>A deep commitment to recruiting excellence and prior experience in Talent Acquisition.</li> <li>Proven ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and a tenacious desire to tackle problems.</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it.</li> </ul> Nice To Have But Not Required <ul> <li>Strong understanding of recruiting processes.</li> <li>Experience working with university programs.</li> </ul>
