This position is instrumental in the short and long-term success of the account interfacing with multiple groups including account service, user experience, connections (social + media), content strategy,&nbsp;design&nbsp;and creative team members. Responsibilities: Senior Strategist Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Conceive, communicate and promote an overall strategic vision for the client brand and products</li> <li>Craft master strategy briefs in support of this strategic vision</li> <li>Conduct and manage research initiatives intended to dimensionalize the customer&rsquo;s voice and needs&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct senior-level client work sessions&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide on-demand expertise for clients on a broad range of topics related to category, customer and technology (current and emerging)</li> <li>Senior Strategists should be comfortable interacting with Director- and VP-level client contacts.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: The Ideal Candidate:&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul> <li>5+ years of related experience (agency experience preferred)&nbsp;</li> <li>A passion for formulating digital solutions</li> <li>Self-starter who thrives on expanding business opportunities and client success&nbsp;</li> <li>A solid background managing and executing various research functions including quantitative, qualitative and usability formats. Ability to conceive and execute research is critical to the success of this role&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with social&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to conceive, manage, curate and present substantive research initiatives including focus groups,&nbsp;ethnographies&nbsp;and other qualitative formats&nbsp;</li> <li>Track record developing digital insight tools such as journey maps and personas&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort operating in digital environments such as&nbsp;Affinio,&nbsp;Sysomos&nbsp;and others&nbsp;</li> <li>Full understanding of digital capabilities&nbsp;including;&nbsp;interactive design, creative development, online marketing, development, and analytics&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional writer and visual storyteller&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent client management and interpersonal/communication skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to show deep understanding and consistent personal use of social media, mobile&nbsp;apps&nbsp;and other technologies&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be client-facing,&nbsp;highly-inspirational&nbsp;and able to participate in driving account growth&nbsp;</li> </ul>
