Overview: Quantitative Senior Strategist <br /><br />Material US, Inc., Emeryville, CA <br /><br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Works with clients, team leadership and analysts to coordinate and execute quantitative market research projects and develop strategic insights based on research.</li> <li>Leads operations in all phases of quantitative market research from questionnaire design and data collection/fielding to analysis and communicating data-driven insights in a clear and actionable way across U.S. and international markets;&nbsp;serves as primary drafter of survey questionnaires and market research reports.</li> <li>Integrates advanced analytics into survey data analysis, and performs factor analysis, regression analysis and designing MaxDiffs.</li> <li>Composes high-level and detailed reports and deliverables that are strategic, concise, and solution-oriented, and demonstrate understanding of client&rsquo;s short-and long-term business objectives.</li> <li>Adheres to project scope, schedule, and budget on multiple simultaneous projects.</li> <li>Mentors Analysts in the context of project work and as direct supervisor, supporting their retention and career development.</li> <li>Trains quantitative team on Google Workspace and project processes such as questionnaire design, link testing, field monitoring and data checks.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences or related.</li> <li>2 years of work experience in market research field with experience in specific quantitative research and analysis methods including questionnaire design, sampling approaches and tabulation planning. Experience building analytical models and working with structured and unstructured data sets.</li> <li>Prior experience with Decipher survey platform, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS and Sawtooth Software (Lighthouse Studio).</li> </ul>
