Overview: Exciting growth at Maxor has created a new opportunity for a 340B Operations Analyst to join our team. The 340B Operations Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day operation activities, program monitoring, and handling issue resolution for 340B product services. This individual will work closely with Covered Entity and Pharmacy partners to ensure the highest level of program compliance and efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with the following internal teams Business Operations, Development/IT, Implementations, Pharmacy Relations and Account Management. Responsibilities: <ol> <li>Assist with all new Covered Entity and Pharmacy system setup configurations and QA.</li> <li>Handle all necessary operations research and issue resolution in a timely manner</li> <li>Oversee all inbound/outbound files to ensure data integrity.</li> <li>Maintain Drug Exclusion, BIN Exclusion files, and upload wholesaler price files on quarterly basis.</li> <li>Manage and monitor various tracking and reporting measurements to ensure high client satisfaction for 340B program.</li> <li>Develop and manage relationships with internal and external customers.</li> <li>Collaborate with Account Management team to increase efficiency and provide support for Covered Entities and Pharmacy partners.</li> <li>Maintain records related to job function and contributes to reports.</li> <li>Back up support for Operations Manager for Claims/Eligibility process.</li> <li>Client/Pharmacy ACH Pulls &amp; Remittance logistics managing from the Internal system <ol> <li>Support all TPA &amp; Contract Pharmacy Invoicing.</li> <li>Support all 340B Client funds remittance reporting supports</li> </ol> </li> <li>Client/Pharmacy Reporting logistics managing <ol> <li>Support all TPA reporting and Contract Pharmacy reporting</li> <li>Support any other 340b Pharmacy contract reporting supports</li> </ol> </li> <li>Managing Chargeback Settlements via 340B System <ol> <li>Support quarterly Chargeback and Book keeping</li> <li>Support external chargeback process and documentations</li> <li>Support TPA outsource True up process follow ups as needed</li> </ol> </li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ol>
