Overview: Maxor National Pharmacy Services has created an opportunity for a 340B Implementation Specialist to join our growing 340B business. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing Maxor&rsquo;s 340B products including but not limited to Contract Pharmacy and Split Billing. They will support and assist in maintenance of the Contract Pharmacy and Split Billing platform which includes but is not limited to Crosswalk build and maintenance, UAT, updating client configurations as required, assist with client training on all Maxor client facing platforms and reporting. Will aid internal clients in maintaining program integrity by providing day to day operational support of Maxor owned products and systems including but not limited to analyzing and troubleshooting data, ongoing examination of accumulations and other duties as required. <br /><br /><strong>Position Location</strong><br /><br />This is a remote-based position.<br /><br /><strong>Our Company</strong><br /><br />We're Maxor and we're building a different kind of pharmacy company. Responsibilities: <ol> <li>Executes assigned tasks to support successful implementation of Maxor&rsquo;s 340B product offerings, including contract pharmacy administration and split billing.</li> <li>Serves as subject matter expert, providing best practices, regulatory updates and training to clients to ensure smooth onboarding &amp; adoption of Maxor 340B solutions; including identifying additional areas of opportunity for clients to benefit from Maxor 340B services. Effectively connects enhancements to communications, tools, capabilities, and product lines.</li> <li>Supports clients in the monitoring of utilization records, inventory and 340B and non 340B purchasing accounts to ensure that software or tools are working properly and accurately, helps to support clients troubleshoot and maintain accuracy of client portal instance, including CDM/crosswalk for new products/NDCS and product changes to ensure accuracy of the utilization report as well as the efficiency and accuracy of the charging process.</li> <li>Contributes to follow up activities to drive value and customer satisfaction through solution development with appropriate internal Maxor 340B resources, including contract management, pricing increases and renewals, data analytics and solution ticket monitoring.</li> <li>Responsible for leveraging knowledge, recommendations, and resources to resolve issues, implement improvements, ensure consistency and compliance for Maxor clients. Proactively promotes knowledge-sharing and recommendations to resolve issues, optimize improvements and ensure consistency.</li> <li>Serves on various work groups, implementation teams, or other committees to improve the success of Maxor-340B. Acts as a liaison with necessary internal personnel and departments to ensure Maxor-340B systems reflects 340B program integrity, where appropriate, validates internal processes</li> </ol>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree Preferred<br /><br /><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years&rsquo; experience working for a third-party administrator in the 340B industry<br /><br /><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong><br /><br /> <ol> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of the 340B drug discount program, including 3+ years&rsquo; experience in an in-house or retail pharmacy setting with strong awareness of pharmacy operations, pharmacy supply chain and hospital operations.</li> <li>Understanding of pharmacy purchasing practices, pharmacy billing practices, integration of pharmacysoftware, 340B software implementation, 340B rules &amp; regulations, and pharmacy software systems, and EMR systems.</li> <li>Possesses an in-depth understanding of contract pharmacy and split billing program administration with experience in an account management, implementation, or operational support role for a 340B program.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in both a backend and or client-facing role.</li> <li>Interface across departments and navigate the organization.</li> <li>Ability to analyze issues/problems and anticipated challenges in order to provide timely solutions.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Work independently and maintain acceptable work quality</li> </ol> <br /><strong>Why Choose a Career at Maxor?</strong><br /><br />Maxor offers a diverse, progressive culture that supports a work from home model, a &ldquo;dress for your day&rdquo; attire, and a collaborative, team oriented environment.
