Overview: MaxorPlus has an opportunity for an experienced Consultant Relations Executive to join our growing pharmacy company. The Consultant Relations Executive is the individual responsible for the strategic management and maintenance of relationships with local, regional, and national brokers and consultants. They will be responsible for the creation and execution of a strategic marketing plan to engage existing and new consultant/brokers with the main purpose to increase qualified opportunities for MaxorPlus ultimately leading to increased PBM membership. This individual will have a strong knowledge of MaxorPlus&rsquo; products and services with a particular strong insight into the pharmacy benefit marketplace. This Consultant Relations Executive will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing and other teams as needed to further expand MaxorPlus&rsquo; market presence.<br /><br /><strong>Our Company</strong><br /><br />We're Maxor and we're building a different kind of pharmacy company. This is a remote, home-based role.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Identify key marketplace trends providing insights internally and externally to meet the needs of clients</li> <li>Be responsible for a marketing plan engaging local, regional, and national pharmacy benefit decision makers and influencers</li> <li>Develop and execute on a lead generation campaign to increase the number of qualified opportunities to MaxorPlus</li> <li>Coordinate and assist in the development of communications and activities that position MaxorPlus favorably in the market</li> <li>Work with Account Management, Sales, and Executive leaders on coordination of meetings, activities, and communications focused on the value MaxorPlus creates</li> <li>Maintain information in SalesForce related to activities, communications, and issues related to consultants and brokers</li> <li>Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.</li> <li>Comply with Maxor&rsquo;s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor&rsquo;s Compliance Program</li> <li>Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists</li> <li>Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or extensive experience required; Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred.<br /><br /><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years PBM experience, 3+ years client/consultant facing experience, Strong communication skills, knowledge of PBM pricing processes and widespread knowledge of the PBM competitive landscape. <br /><br /><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Strong business acumen &amp; executive presence with in depth analytic &amp; process knowledge.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead others, directly or by influence in a dynamic and matrixed environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to understand client/consultant/broker concerns &amp; market challenges then respond with appropriate solutions and follow up.</li> <li>Proven track record of developing quality leads for viable sales opportunities.</li> <li>Proven ability to evaluate, create, and manage an external marketing plan targeting key stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop materials &amp; methods to support effective communications.</li> <li>Proven ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings and communicate at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Why Choose Maxor?</strong><br /><br />We foster a culture that promotes teamwork; where employees are valued as the Company&rsquo;s best asset.
