Overview: Maxor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Clinical Account Executive to join the Clinical Accounts team. The critical function of the Senior Clinical Account Executive is to establish and maintain client relationships, with an emphasis on collaborating interdepartmentally to provide clinically focused client solutions aimed at containing and reducing drug costs for clients. A Senior Clinical Account Executive is expected to provide vast industry experience and play a key role in the leadership of the entire clinical account executive team; while directly managing several complex, key clients.<br /><br /><strong>Position Location</strong><br /><br />This is a remote-based position.<br /><br /><strong>Our Company</strong><br /><br />We're Maxor, and we're building a different kind of pharmacy company. Responsibilities: <ol> <li>Serve as a leader and subject matter expert for clinical account team in various capacities; such as: assisting with sales questions/presentations, recommending clinical programs/solutions for accounts, and strategically collaborating with other leaders to establish best practices and robust solutions.</li> <li>Present at quarterly, biannual, or annual meetings with the Account Executive to discuss clinical insights, trends and recommendations.</li> <li>Provide clinical analyses and associated insights for client requested reports, using MaxorPlus analytical systems and data warehouses.</li> <li>Work in collaboration with the assigned Account Executive to service client&rsquo;s needs</li> <li>Serve as liaison between Clinical Ops and client in relation to formulary updates.</li> <li>Participate in various internal committees, included but not limited to: Formulary Advisory Committee, P&amp;T Committee and Product Development Committee</li> <li>Participate in sales finalist presentations.</li> <li>Ensure effective communications between customers and business</li> </ol>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong><br /><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Doctorate Degree Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy.</li> <li>Current Pharmacist licensure in the State of employment.</li> <li>MBA preferred.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Experience:</strong><br /><br /> <ul> <li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in direct client facing clinical role (required)</li> <li>Completed Managed Care Residency Program (preferred)</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong><br /><br /> <ol> <li>Proficiency in drug literature, clinical trials and national guidelines</li> <li>Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Commanding and persuasive presenter in individual and group environments</li> <li>Leadership skills to effectively implement changes and solve problems</li> <li>Ability to work independently, while collaborating with other team members</li> <li>Ability to analyze, understand, and use statistical report data</li> <li>Fluent in Microsoft Office Programs</li> <li>Ability to travel 25-40% of the time</li> </ol> <br /><strong>Why Choose a Career at Maxor?</strong><br /><br />Maxor offers a diverse, progressive culture that supports a work from home model, a &ldquo;dress for your day&rdquo; attire, and a collaborative, team oriented environment.
