This position is a remote home based office location in the West/Mid-West region of the United States.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>For each client, develop and implement an effective business plan</li> <li>Identify formal and informal decision makers; create of a program that meets the product, clinical, service, and financial needs of the client</li> <li>Develop effective presentations, proposals, and communications</li> <li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business</li> <li>Understand and stay current with the health plan industry, specifically pharmacy benefit management</li> <li>Focus on the customer and market</li> <li>Translate marketplace information into the client&rsquo;s language and context</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, creating value after fully researching customer</li> <li>Act as the owner of the client relationship, accountable for ultimate client satisfaction and loyalty</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic solutions</li> <li>Develop strong business partnerships with existing clients</li> <li>Actively engage in the development of new opportunities for partnerships</li> <li>Participate in the bid/renewal process, preparation, and presentation for current and prospective clients</li> <li>Make sound business decisions/recommendations based upon an appropriate balance of thoughtful analysis of facts, experience, intuition, and the implications of that decision for the client</li> <li>Work well with other team members by creating positive team dynamic&mdash;leveraging team talent and expertise appropriately and appropriately delegating tasks and projects</li> <li>Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships</li> <li>Prepare and lead clients to make sound business decisions</li> <li>Monitor client costs and trends</li> <li>Oversee and ensure timely resolution of client issues</li> <li>Oversee new client setup</li> <li>Review Quarterly Performance Review reports with client</li> <li>Ensure client retention and renewal</li> <li>Travel required, up to 40% (travel is currently suspended due to COVID)</li> <li>Other assigned duties or special projects as requested by management</li> <li>Workforce member may have to access Protected Health Information</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required<br /><br /><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years in a similar or related role.
