MaxorPlus Inspiring What's Next. <br /><br /><strong>Company Locations:</strong><br /><br />The Maxor team brings robust experience, diverse perspectives and passion from a nationwide team of 800+ professionals located in more than half of the US states.<br /><br /><strong>Position:</strong><br /><br />Under limited supervision, the Operatioal Account Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing processes and procedures to provide quality consumer services. Work includes coordinating a high-volume workload, providing consumers with requested information and explanations and serving as a liaison to resolve disputes. Work also includes receiving, analyzing, investigating, and resolving highly complex and/or sensitive complaints, providing advice, and assistance to clients.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Maintain on-going client service and satisfaction</li> <li>Facilitate the profitable renewal of existing clients including setting strategy and selling additional products and services</li> <li>Serve as the implementation coordinator for new account assignments</li> <li>Negotiate externally with consultants and clients and internally with operational resources</li> <li>Ensure client satisfaction by meeting with appropriate account contacts and facilitates organizational responsiveness to client issues</li> <li>Identify upcoming contract renewals and forward new contracts to clients</li> <li>Assist in the analysis of client data, program cost and utilization report presentation, trend analysis, and overall performance. Facilitate client benefit consulting and program enhancements</li> <li>Review and analyze monthly client Executive Summary Reports</li> <li>Update supervisor with quality assurance checks, program enhancements, and client issues</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong> <br /><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferred</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Experience:</strong> <br /><br /> <ul> <li>Account Management and PBM experience preferred</li> <li>Two to three years progressive experience working in account management, healthcare solutions, prescription benefit management, insurance benefits, and/or pharmacy claims administration</li> <li>Proficient MS Office experience mandatory</li> <li>Strong aptitude to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to interact with a wide variety of individuals providing optimal patient care aligned with Maxor's relentless commitment for distinguished customer service</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Why Choose Maxor?</strong><br /><br />We foster a culture that promotes teamwork; where employees are valued as the Company&rsquo;s best asset.
