Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls to complete the refill reorder requests or transfer the call to the appropriate team or employee</li> <li>Maintains accurate and complete patient records</li> <li>Complete scheduling refills within pharmacy software systems</li> <li>Make outbound refill reminder calls to patients</li> <li>May be included in after hours on-call rotation</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong> <br /><br /> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred</li> <li>Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred, but not required</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Experience:</strong> <br /><br /> <ul> <li>Previous pharmacy experience and patient based service</li> <li>Retail preferred, but not required</li> <li>Strong customer service experience</li> <li>Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, Word, and aptitude for learning how to use new software systems</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong><br /><br /> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written</li> <li>Working knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Office and Outlook</li> <li>Ability to problem solve and multi-task</li> <li>Ability to accurately enter data into multiple software systems</li> <li>Demonstrated organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to work with a diverse group of people, including patients and physicians</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Why Choose a Career at Maxor?</strong><br /><br />Maxor offers a diverse, progressive culture that supports a &ldquo;dress for your day&rdquo; attire, and a collaborative, team oriented environment.
