Overview: The Robotic Weld Operator will operate production machinery to meet production standards.<br /><br /><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong><br /><br />The Robotic Weld Operator role requires frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and prolonged standing. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout and eight (8) hour shift. Requires normal vision and hearing range. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.<br /><br /><strong>TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong> <br /><br />Work is primarily performed in a factory environment.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Operation of production machinery or other production related functions. Must meet or exceed production standards.</li> <li>Periodically checks for quality of product and maintains proper reports.</li> <li>Fills out paperwork properly (quality, time sheet, traceability, etc).</li> <li>Must take components or product out of containers, process as assigned, and return components</li> <li>Or finished products to proper containers (i.e.: tubs, skids, boxes, etc).</li> <li>Must be able to interact with fellow associates, coordinators, and managers.</li> <li>Must follow &amp; obey all company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required while performing duties in production areas.</li> <li>Some computer literacy and data entry knowledge.</li> </ul> <br />EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:&nbsp; <br /><br /> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred.</li> </ul>
