Overview: <strong>McKenney's Inc</strong>.,&nbsp;one of&nbsp;<strong>Charlotte's Best Places,&nbsp;</strong>to work is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the&nbsp;<strong>Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charlotte area of NC.</strong>&nbsp;The&nbsp;successful candidate will be able to identify and qualify project opportunities, estimate costs with incomplete drawings, and successfully manage the delivery of our services across multiple simultaneous projects in a manner that ensures the development of long-term customer relationships and profitability.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Estimating and budgeting</li> <li>Conceptual mechanical design</li> <li>Written proposals</li> <li>Marketing/sales</li> <li>Customer development and retention</li> <li>Planning and scheduling</li> <li>Cost control</li> <li>Ensuring quality and performance</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Timely invoicing of all work completed to date and conscientious follow-up on collection of money due to ensure positive cash flow</li> <li>Management of field resources</li> <li>Safety awareness, training, promotion</li> <li>Warranty administration</li> <li>Design coordination</li> <li>Scheduling/Short-term looks ahead</li> <li>BIM coordination</li> <li>Project closeout</li> </ul>
