Full-Time

Overview: <p>This position will work in a team environment while undertaking a high volume of service billing with a high degree of accuracy and provide support for the Atlanta Building Service Team and its customers.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Analyze accounts payable problem invoices &ndash; research and resolve invoices that are over purchase orders, invoices with no purchase orders, etc.</li> <li>Review service work order documentation and provide billing amount proposals to account managers for approval.</li> <li>Review unbilled reports and take action on any outstanding issues to ensure AR deadlines are met.</li> <li>Interact with McKenney&rsquo;s RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to generate maintenance and time of service invoices.</li> <li>Communicate with customers, account managers, technicians, and other departments to collaborate on and resolve AR-related issues.</li> <li>Become a subject matter expert on specialty customer requirements, such as using customer-specific billing portals.</li> <li>Perform constant data management &ndash; use reporting tools to proactively identify and correct problems.</li> <li>Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.</li> <li>Use Salesforce to research customer details and work order detail information</li> <li>Execute project billing process to generate monthly invoices for in-progress or recently completed projects upon request.</li> <li>Other duties as required.</li> </ul> <p><u>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:</u></p> <ul> <li>Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment.</li> <li>No or very limited exposure to physical risk.</li> <li>No or very limited physical effort required.</li> </ul>
