Overview: This job requires the implementation of comprehensive selling and business development strategies of the energy conservation and managed service offerings of McKenney’s Inc. Responsibilities include the development of sales opportunities within our target key markets. Project development intended to creatively and effectively propose customer solutions resulting from an intentional discovery and qualification process.
Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of the Energy Services sales process, while calling upon other company support resources to assist in solution development and proposal delivery through opportunity closing. Minimal interaction during implementation phases will be primarily focused on customer relationship management. Specifically, sales process requirements will include: <ul> <li>Manage daily sales activities focused on meeting or exceeding individual and group annual sales targets</li> <li>Develop and execute a prospecting plan focused on each of our Key Market Opportunities</li> <li>Convert prospecting leads to opportunities with thorough qualifying process</li> <li>Convert highly qualified proposed opportunities to closure</li> <li>Track all sales related activities using our CRM platform</li> </ul>
