Overview: <p style="font-weight: 400;">Account Coordinator will assist Account Managers in their responsibilities as they apply to account management, new contract sales, customer relations, collection resolution, project management, retrofit/upgrade sales as well as any other items as needed.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS</strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">Reports to ACS Manager.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Correspondence.</li> <li>Maintain customer relationships.</li> <li>Assist Account manager in all functions: sales, customer relations, project coordination, scheduling, installation.</li> <li>Drawing review.</li> <li>Basic Estimation.</li> <li>Project coordination.</li> <li>Safety Observations.</li> <li>Additional duties as needed.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school or equivalent.</li> <li>A degree in Engineering or Construction Management or at least 5 years of HVAC experience/vocational training.</li> <li>Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<br /><br /></strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Technical or trade school.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li> <li>Building automation system or controls experience.</li> <li>Commercial HVAC experience.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Computer skills: spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Outlook, AutoCAD.</li> <li>Knowledge of shop standards.</li> <li>Code requirements.</li> <li>Heat loads.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Work involves moderate exposure to elements, such as hot/cold temperatures, dirt, dust, and/or loud noises.</li> <li>Work environment involves some exposure to construction, mechanical and electrical-related hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.</li> <li>Moderate physical effort.
