Overview: Sell and manage HVAC service contracts and retrofit projects.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Estimating and budgeting.</li> <li>Written proposals.</li> <li>Marketing/sales.</li> <li>Customer development and retention.</li> <li>Planning and scheduling.</li> <li>Cost control.</li> <li>Ensuring quality and performance.</li> <li>Timely invoicing of all work completed to date and conscientious follow-up on collection of money due to ensure positive cash flow.</li> <li>Supervision of field crews.</li> <li>Safety awareness, training, promotion.</li> <li>Warranty administration.</li> <li>Design coordination.</li> </ul>
