Full Time

Overview: We exist to guarantee the comfort of our customers and the efficiency of their mechanical systems. This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations of the TAB department. The Co-op/ Intern will learn HVAC systems and their operation. They will also learn NEBB standards, practices, and procedures. The Co-op/ Intern will support projects as directed by the TAB supervisor. Interaction with Project Managers, Customers, TAB Technicians, Field Foremen, and other trade subcontractors will be required.<br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist field operations:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Schedule projects and labor with the TAB supervisor.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate with technicians and project managers to facilitate the resolution of action items.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Assist TAB project management:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Estimate project hours and cost.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review project specifications and contract documents.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build project quotes and proposals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate with customers.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Assist TAB Supervisor:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Create project documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create and edit drawings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review equipment and design values.&nbsp;</li> <li>Write RFIs to resolve design discrepancies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze reported field data.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure equipment calibration program adherence.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Participate in the company&rsquo;s co-op lunch and learn program.</li> <li>Properly maintain opportunities in Salesforce.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate directly with customers to ensure proposals are received on time.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in sending out equipment for calibration.&nbsp;</li> <li>Read and interpret project mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment performance data to determine proper balancing techniques and project management approaches.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in regular site visits and ensure feedback is provided to team members and supervisors</li> </ul>
