Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Coordinating the contract process to include reviewing, updating and managing the overall workflow</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Preparation of letters, memos, contracts, and other documents.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Organization and production of documents </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Submitting electronic invoices</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Answering phone and scheduling appointments</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Faxing, copying, scanning, and emailing documents </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Performing other legal administrative tasks as needed</span></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Minimum of two years legal administrative experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in using Microsoft Suite of products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.</li> </ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>College degree preferred</li> <li>Experience reviewing, editing, and maintaining contracts</li> <li>Experience in the construction industry preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND CHARACTERISTICS</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Sharp analytical skills to creatively solve problems and remove roadblocks.</li> <li>Excellent customer service/communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions quickly.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate work in a timely manner.</li> <li>Must be a self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team and independently.</li> <li>Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals while continuing to manage projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment.</li> <li>No or very limited exposure to physical risk.</li> <li>No or very limited physical effort required.</li> </ul>
