Overview: <p>As a Co-op, you will be part of the team from day one and given training and tasks that are important and impactful to our projects' success.&nbsp;You will gain an understanding of&nbsp;the&nbsp;importance of TAB in the construction industry and energy efficiency of building systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Success in this role depends on the Co-op&rsquo;s initiative and teamwork skills.&nbsp;A successful Co-op will&nbsp;gain practical experience in estimating project costs, creating budgets, and applying key industry standards such as ASHRAE and NEBB.&nbsp;</p> <p>McKenney's has a long history of success in hiring Co-ops and supporting their evolution into industry leaders. Many of our current senior leaders began their journey in the Co-op program.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Assist&nbsp;TAB&nbsp;project management&nbsp;with estimates,&nbsp;RFIs,&nbsp;and&nbsp;project quotes and proposals.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Assist&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;creation of&nbsp;project documentation&mdash;including reports&nbsp;and&nbsp;test forms.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Develop or revise CAD drawings and schematics to support&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;field execution.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze field data for performance verification.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Properly&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;opportunities in Salesforce.  &nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Communicate directly with customers to ensure proposals are received on time.  &nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Read and interpret project mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment performance data to&nbsp;determine&nbsp;proper balancing techniques and project management approaches.  &nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Participate in regular&nbsp;jobsite visits and ensure feedback is provided to team members and supervisors.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul>
