If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this may be the opportunity that you have been waiting for.</p> <p>The Legal Administrative Assistant will support the company General Counsel&nbsp;by coordinating the organization&rsquo;s contract processes and procedures as well as providing various legal assistance and office support.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coordinating the contract process to include reviewing, updating and managing the overall workflow</li> <li>Preparation of letters, memos, contracts, and other documents.</li> <li>Organization and production of documents</li> <li>Submitting electronic invoices</li> <li>Answering phone and scheduling appointments</li> <li>Faxing, copying, scanning, and emailing documents</li> <li>Performing other legal administrative tasks as needed</li> </ul>
