Responsibilities: <p><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></strong></p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: medium;">Provides training support to all lines of business, corporate departments and project and corporate initiatives.&nbsp; Provides performance-consulting assistance to drive and support measurable performance change to meet business goals.&nbsp; Designs, develops, implements and evaluates training content, courses and curriculum.&nbsp; Applies instructional design concepts and methodologies in evaluating and analyzing the design integrity of training projects/programs/curriculums.&nbsp; Evaluates the impact of training and non-training interventions against pre-determined metrics.&nbsp; Assists functional leaders with conducting, analyzing and translating training analysis tools (performance/task/needs assessment, process improvement, etc.) into solutions for performance improvements and process standardization that align with strategic initiatives.&nbsp;</span></p> <div><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-size: medium;">Designs and develops performance improvement interventions that demonstrate business line performance improvement.&nbsp; Provides project management support by assisting in defining project scope, quality and business case requirements, timelines and budgets.&nbsp; May act as project/team lead to ensure projet meets timeline and budget goals.&nbsp; Develops RFI, RFP, RBI and other proposals as needed to identify fiscally responsible interventions.&nbsp; Assists management in maintaining and improving internal performance standards through the use of performance consulting tools.&nbsp; May act as a contact with field personnel/managers to respond to issues, gather feedback and support insurance sales efforts.</span></p>
