Responsibilities: <p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Provide support to the Auto Club Group (ACG) Multi-Line, IA, Life, and/or Club sales delivery systems for assigned location (s).&nbsp; Assist management in the support of department projects and researches and compiles cost and budget information.&nbsp; Work with the Marketing Department to identify marketing opportunities, review marketing materials prior to distribution and support member surveys.&nbsp; Gather sales results for management reports and interact with Sales and Support personnel to identify and resolve problems.&nbsp; Provide guidance and/or training to new staff members/field personnel regarding ACG products, services and/or systems.&nbsp; Distribute various reports, leads, and/or documents including: commission statements, policies, orphan/sales leads, status updates on agent appointments, etc.</span></p> <div><span style="font-family: Arial;">Evaluate departmental processes, identify problems and make recommendations to improve efficiency.&nbsp; Complete and distribute various surveys and reports.&nbsp; May enter, process, retrieve and/or correct data (i.e. agent reporting, agent of record, etc.) to ensure systems are updated and management has correct information to respond to agent/management inquiries.&nbsp;&nbsp; May coordinate events (e.g. sales promotions, in-store events, store openings, trade shows, contest payoffs, promotion of ACG products/services, regional contests, etc.) and/or materials, for field locations.&nbsp; May perform office/agency audits to ensure meeting field and corporate compliance standards.</span></div>
