Overview: The Pre Professional Services Coordinator will take a leadership role on U-M's campus to facilitate the success of students interested in legal and health related careers/education. This role will focus on building, connecting and maintaining relationships with stakeholders include law and health related advanced degree programs, campus partners, and national organizations. The Coordinator will coordinate a UCC strategy for offering students exposure to, and ways to learn from, experiences that will forward their understanding of law, medicine and ancillary professions to these two primary areas.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Student Development through Direct Service/Career Coaching - 35%</li> <li>Pre Law and Pre Health Educational Development- 40%</li> <li>Leadership Administration- 10%</li> <li>University Career Center Team Responsibilities- 15%</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Masters degree in a field focused on student development or a terminal degree in health or law</li> <li>2 years professional experience in career coaching or advising</li> <li>2 years experience in program design, delivery, and management</li> <li>2 years experience establishing priorities</li> </ul>
