Overview: Manages day to day operations of a heavy truck mechanical shop, Monday- Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. (no nights, weekends or road service.) With a staff with at least 5 team members.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>All work perform in house on company owed trucks and equipment, no outside customer work.&nbsp; </li> <li>Organizes, schedules production and follow of work. Leads, nurtures, disciplines, hires and fires personnel.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Successful personnel management experience, significant heavy truck mechanical work experience, efficient time management skills.<strong><br /></strong></li> </ul> <strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;<br /> <ul> <li>High School.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>5 to greater than 15 years.</li> </ul>
