Overview: <ul style="list-style-type: circle;"> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">The select individual will be responsible for connecting with key business contacts, developing long-term relationships and being the liaison between clients and internal Micro Tech recruiters to provide staffing solutions. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ideal candidate will have prior demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, problem solving, and account development. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">To be successful in this role the select individual will be required to regularly establish rapport as well as build and maintain relationships with potential clients and internal colleagues. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role is based out of our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">We offer a very competitive base salary with a great commission/bonus structure, and growth potential. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">This sales opportunity involves both inside and outside selling efforts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monday through Friday </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">8:30am to 5:30pm</span><br /></span></li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul style="list-style-type: circle;"> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop new business and maintain long term relationships and growth in existing accounts. Set appointments and travel to client sites to engage prospective clients.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work directly with the Recruiting team on client open job Requisitions and communicate requirements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain communication with existing clients to identify cross selling opportunities and other departments within clients that may also benefit from our services.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Meet with hiring managers and Human Resource professional and other strategic partners on a consistent and regular basis.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul style="list-style-type: circle;"> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preferred 5+ years selling</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record in outside sales within the Technology industry</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Self and money motivated and high energy</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Highly developed written and oral communication skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred</span></li> </ul>
