Responsibilities: <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Key responsibilities include:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;Help customers with billing, usage and other Midwest service related questions</p> <ul> <li>Call center- handle&nbsp;collection calls, billing inquiries and usage questions</li> <li>Sales- Promotes sales of all products</li> <li>Customer service- Take payments and handle customer inquiries at front desk</li> <li>Logistics- Dispatch outside crews</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>To be Successful</strong></p> <p>You need to have one year of call center or customer service experience preferably with a focus on utilities, internet&nbsp;or telecommunication.&nbsp; We need you to be proficient in&nbsp;MS Office&nbsp;Products and possess clear and concise verbal and&nbsp;writing skills that build a positive image with our customers and are able to make independent decisions.</p> <p>Additionally, you are able to:</p> <ul> <li>Possess intermediate computer skills</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service</li> <li>Superior active listening skills</li> <li>Self-motivated</li> <li>Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing</li> <li>Work at our Paw Paw office on a regular rotation</li> </ul>
