Overview: <p><strong>Now Hiring Area Clinical Specialist!</strong></p> <p>Salary: $120,000.00</p> <p>This position is responsible for providing clinical guidance and oversight to the clinical and operational team at each of the communities they are assigned. Responsibilities: This position is also responsible for promoting the health and well-being of each resident. This includes reporting observed changes in resident condition or health and alterations in the compliance to State and company policies and procedures to the Regional Director of Operations.<br /><br /> <p><strong>What we are looking for from you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A sincere passion for working with seniors to provide a safe and healthy home for them to spend their golden years.</li> <li>Experience successfully supporting Assisted Living or Memory Care in Senior Living.</li> <li>A desire to create a culture of caring for each employee, resident, and family member.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.</li> <li>Registered Nurse License in state of WA and OR REQUIRED.</li> <li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Residential or Health Care setting required.</li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks is essential.</li> <li>Must be able to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles, and interests.</li> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and EVerify.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>**Please DO NOT include the date of your graduation, if applicable on your resume or application.
