Responsibilities: Assesses patients, develops and documents nursing care and discharge plans, and prepares and administers medications and interventions. Supervises nursing attendants and ancillary staff in patient care activities.<br /><br />
Requirements: <p>At least two (2) years of RN experience in the Emergency Department experience required<br />New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.</p> <p>BSN Degree preferred</p> <p>BLS/ACLS/PALS Training</p> <p>Infection Control Training</p> <p>Certification in specialty preferred</p> <p>Effective English communication skills, both written and oral</p> <p>Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems</p> <br /> <br /><br />
