Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Registered Nurse actualizes the vision, mission, values, balanced scorecard performance measures for Montefiore Medical Center.</li> <li>The RN participates in performance improvement/research activities; maintains professional practice standards and clinical expertise; and demonstrates leadership skills.</li> <li>The RN demonstrates core and unit specific competencies based on the patient population served.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit topractice in New York State as an R.N.</li> <li>Basic Life Support Training</li> <li>Infection Control Training</li> <li>Certification in specialty preferred</li> <li>Effective English communication skills, both written and oral</li> <li>Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems</li> <li>1 year of ICU experience required</li> <li>Associates in Nursing Required</li> </ul> <br /> <br /> <br />UNIT: Medical ICU<br /> <br /><br /> <br /> <br />
