Responsibilities: <ul> <li>This individual will partner with colleagues in the Learning Network and key stakeholders to ensure that programs are inspiring, meaningful, and effective for participants, resulting in the learning and change they were designed for.</li> <li>The person in this role is responsible for all development process phases, including assessment, prototyping, design, implementation, and measurement.</li> <li>Decisions must be based on a thorough assessment process, sound research principles, and a focus on creating the best employee experience possible.</li> <li>Programs and projects range in scope and may be delivered in person or virtually.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field: psychology, organization development, organization change leadership, human resources,</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years experience implementing learning, change management and communications, and/or organization development programs and interventions,</li> <li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop communications and materials for an organization-wide audience</li> <li>Knowledge of common Organization Development and Change models and methods,</li> <li>Fluency in Microsoft tools and ability to quickly learn new technologies</li> <li>Ability to present plans and content to different audiences, including executives</li> <li>Attention to detail and strong organization skills</li> <li>Outstanding data collection and analysis skills</li> <li>Ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders</li> <li>Solid project management experience and the ability to set and meet project deadlines</li> <li>Ability to lead others on projects or team initiatives</li> <li>Must be able to travel to locations in the greater New York City area</li> </ul> <br /> <br /> <br />
