From administering medications and conducting assessments to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, your expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: &bull; Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. <br /> Administer medications, take vital signs, dress wounds, and assist with various medical procedures.<br /> &bull; Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. This includes recording patient information, updating medical histories, and documenting the care provided.<br /> &bull; Communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members. Effective communication is crucial for relaying important information, educating patients about their conditions, and coordinating care.<br /> &bull; Provide educational support to patients and their families, offering guidance on managing health conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes.<br />
Requirements: <br /> &bull; NY LPN License &amp; Registration<br /> &bull; BLS Card<br /> &bull; Infection Control Certificate<br /> &bull; High School/GED minimum<br /><br />Bilingual Spanish preferred or knowledge of any second language a plus.<br />
