Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.&nbsp;</li> <li>Administer medications, take vital signs, dress wounds, and assist with various medical procedures.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. This includes recording patient information, updating medical histories, and documenting the care provided.</li> <li>Communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members. Effective communication is crucial for relaying important information, educating patients about their conditions, and coordinating care.</li> <li>Provide educational support to patients and their families, offering guidance on managing health conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes.</li> </ul> <br /> <br /> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>NY LPN License &amp; Registration</li> <li>BLS Card</li> <li>Infection Control Certificate</li> <li>High School/GED minimum</li> <li>Bilingual Spanish preferred or knowledge of any second language a plus.</li> </ul> <br /> <br />
