Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or Doctor of Pharmacy) plus current license and registration to practice in New York State.</li> <li>PharmD or MS degree and/or completion of Pharmacy Residency Program may be used as a substitute for some experience.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of three years' experience as a pharmacist in Hospital Pharmacy with accepted standards of practice, outpatient experience is preferred.</li> <li>Maintains professional competence through participation in continuing education programs and review of periodical literature.</li> <li>Maintains and provides proof of 15 Continuing Education credits each year.</li> </ul>
