Overview: This position provides labor/employee relations guidance and advice to management, union, and non-union associates in the interpretation of union contracts and MMC policies to ensure compliance and favorable working conditions between management personnel and union/non-union associates to avoid grievances and litigation.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree preferred</li> <li>Associates degree required</li> <li>5 years of experience required in HR within a union environment required - strong preference in Labor &amp; Employee Relations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Knowledge of Federal, State and City las (e.g. FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL,NRC guidelines)</li> <li>Knowledgeable on conducting investigations</li> <li>Knowledge of unions and CBA's</li> </ul>
