Overview: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Patient Experience team and across the Montefiore Medical Center and the Montefiore Health System.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Act as an associate advocate and ensure the program's compliance across Montefiore policy and procedures. &nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for special projects, leading &amp; supporting initiatives within the department as well as the Montefiore Medical Center, Montefiore Health System and outside vendors.</li> <li>Manage project finances and budget activities to maximize investment and increase efficiency. &nbsp;</li> <li>Gather, maintain and provide various reports and data. &nbsp;</li> <li>Support larger Network Performance Group initiatives as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Associate Degree Required - Bachelor's Degree Preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of experience with project management and quality initiatives Required.</li> <li>Excellent critical thinking skills as well as effective written, oral and presentation skills. &nbsp;</li> <li>A demonstrated commitment to professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. &nbsp;</li> <li>Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills as required. &nbsp;</li> <li>Candidate must understand how to present clinical outcomes data for healthcare delivery systems with an emphasis on measurable clinical metrics. &nbsp;</li> </ul>
