Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments.</li> <li>Documentation &amp; Specimens: Accurately document patient info, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% compliance. Collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with zero tolerance for error.</li> <li>Coordination &amp; Maintenance: Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave.</li> <li>Communication &amp; Education: Partner with the healthcare team to escalate issues, facilitate discharge, and teach patients/families regarding care management.</li> <li>Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient &amp; family teaching and discharge instructions.</li> </ul>

Part-time Associates who have completed their probationary period can move to full-time vacancies within their department provided such movement will not unreasonably reduce the operational efficiency of that department. Probationary period is three (3) months for full-time employees, and four (4) months for part-time employees who works more than 3/5 of the normal workweek.</p>
