Overview: <p>We are seeking a Learning &amp; Organization Development Specialist to support enterprise-wide learning and change initiatives. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that drive performance and organizational effectiveness.</p> <p>This position is evolving from a primarily structured training role into a more dynamic, change-focused position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable operating with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Partner with business leaders to assess learning and organizational needs and design effective solutions</li> <li>Support and execute all phases of the Organization Development (OD) lifecycle (assessment, design, delivery, evaluation)</li> <li>Partner with leaders and stakeholders to support change readiness, communication planning, and adoption of organizational initiatives</li> <li>Develop engaging learning materials, tools, and communications</li> <li>Facilitate training sessions and OD programs (in-person and virtual)</li> <li>Manage program logistics, communications, and LMS updates</li> <li>Create and maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify risks</li> <li>Analyze program data and feedback to drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Support organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and learning interventions</li> </ul>
