Overview: <h4>The Digital Engineering Manager leads one or more Digital Engineering teams responsible for designing, building, testing, releasing, and transitioning digital healthcare solutions that deliver measurable value to patients, clinicians, caregivers, and operational users. Operating within an Agile product delivery model, this role is accountable for engineering execution, quality outcomes, team leadership, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement. This role ensures alignment with enterprise architecture standards, Digital Engineering capabilities, and operating model practices while driving delivery across the full product lifecycle&mdash;from technical feasibility and design through build, testing, release, and transition to support.&nbsp; This role partners closely with Product, UX, Architecture, QA, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and platform teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally ready.</h4>
