Overview: The Department of Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Emergency Radiologist to provide remote evening and/or weekend coverage. The selected candidate will work remotely alongside other attending radiologists and residents, providing coverage for the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Flexible 4&ndash;8 hour shifts on weekday evenings from 5:00 PM&ndash;12:00 AM and weekends from 8:00 AM&ndash;9:00 PM.</li> <li>Opportunity to extend hours based on availability and departmental needs.</li> <li>Option to interpret outpatient and inpatient cases (in addition to ED cases).</li> <li>Clinical Responsibilities</li> <li>Interpret body and chest CT, ultrasound, and radiographs for the Emergency Department. Basic MRI is a plus but not required.</li> <li>No neuroradiology, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine, or mammography responsibilities.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.</li> <li>Eligible for or currently holding a New York State medical license&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a remote, high-efficiency environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Competitive starting hourly rate of $350.00 per hour or commensurate with experience.</li> </ul>
