Responsibilities: <p>The Neurohospitalist will rotate weekly through several services to provide comprehensive inpatient neurologic care across two campuses:</p> <ul> <li>Moses Campus (~700 bed hospital)&nbsp; <ul> <li>Primary Team Inpatient Service</li> <li>Lead a general neurology inpatient team teaching neurology residents</li> <li>Alternatively supervise a PA-supported primary neurology service</li> <li>General Neurology Consult Service</li> <li>Attending-only consult service</li> <li>Resident-based teaching consult service</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Weiler Campus (~400 bed hospital)<br /> <ul> <li>General Neurology Consult Service</li> <li>Collaborative team model with residents and PAs</li> </ul> <p>The Neurohospitalist would not be involved in stroke codes as there is a dedicated stroke consult team/service for this.&nbsp;</p> <p>We offer a highly competitive compensation package aligned with major academic medical centers in New York City.
