University Behavioral Associates (UBA), part of Montefiore Medical Center, is seeking a skilled and motivated Intake Coordination Supervisor to lead intake operations, strengthen partnerships, and ensure families receive timely, high‑quality support. If you&rsquo;re energized by fast‑paced coordination, cross‑team collaboration, and improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families, this role puts you at the center of impact.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coordinate and manage all incoming referrals</li> <li>Ensure smooth workflow across teams, working closely with supervisors to balance caseloads and meet funder expectations.</li> <li>Serve as a key liaison with funders and community providers to maintain strong collaboration and service quality.</li> <li>Review clinical reports and track key deliverables, ensuring services are timely, accurate, and impactful.</li> <li>Oversee charting compliance</li> <li>Provide ancillary supervision, facilitate team meetings, and conduct in‑service trainings as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Master's Degree required. Doctorate preferred.</li> <li>MSW, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical masters degree</li> <li>1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience working with families involved in or at risk of child welfare involvement.</li> <li>1&ndash;3 years of clinical experience.</li> <li>Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.</li> <li>Comfort with computer systems including Microsoft Office</li> <li>Experience serving low‑income and culturally diverse populations.</li> </ul>
