Overview: <p>Work Schedule&nbsp; -&nbsp; Sunday - Thursday&nbsp; Opportunity to work a 4 day or 5 day work schedule</p> <ul> <li>5 day work week- Sunday - Thursday- hours vary, can be 8am-4:pm, 8:30am- 4:30pm or 9am-5pm</li> <li>4 day work week &ndash; Sunday -Thursday - day off varies, hours vary</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Occupational Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provides routine clinical mentoring to Staff OTs, &nbsp;&nbsp;COTA's, Rehabilitation Aides/ Senior Nursing Attendants, students and/or volunteers.</li> <li>Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>BS in Occupational Therapy &ndash; Required</li> <li>Masters Degree&nbsp; - Preferred</li> <li>NY State OT License and Registration &ndash; Required</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years clinical experience&nbsp; - Required</li> </ul>
