Montefiore is actively investing in its digital teams as a system-level priority, and <strong>we are seeking a Digital Associate Product Manager</strong> who is excited to define new digital journeys and experiences to change the way individuals interact with the healthcare system.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Digital Associate Product Managers</strong> at Montefiore are responsible for the ideation, development, value delivery, and ongoing evolution of digital products to improve patient access and experience, enable clinicians to focus on delivering care, and provide the tools to allow operational leads to seamlessly conduct their work. Our teams are directly focused on tangible solutions that improve patient access, reduce clinician burnout, create optimal operations, and thoughtfully deploy analytics.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collaborate with executive leadership to define and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.</li> <li>Define solution set with end-users and technology.</li> <li>Engage, communicate, and lead senior leaders in design and implementation discussions.</li> <li>Utilize data and conduct end-user research and market analysis to prioritize solutions and features.</li> <li>Proactively identify new ideas and define methods to rapidly test and validate.</li> <li>Own individual product vision, strategies, and roadmap in the context of broader product or journey goals.</li> <li>Collaborate and galvanize individuals across functions to deliver product experiences.</li> <li>Define and measure success metrics for product features.</li> <li>Deeply understand affected processes and technology to develop implementation plans.</li> <li>Deploy solutions successfully and drive adoption.</li> <li>Coach end-users to build comfort with digitally enabled operational experiences.</li> <li>Measure and communicate adoption success.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li> <li>3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or Digital Product Manager in a complex enterprise organization</li> <li>Experience working with a variety of digital solutions.</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and proactively defining a user challenge.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to break-down, evaluate, and prioritize complex problems into their component parts.</li> <li>Success in leading complex operational and technology deployments across end-users.</li> <li>Quantitative aptitude and ability to identify value drivers for digital efforts and build business cases.</li> <li>Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship building.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders and functions</li> <li>Healthcare industry experience preferred.</li> </ul>
