Overview: The Project Manager II &ndash; Procore Implementation and Management will lead the implementation, optimization, governance, and ongoing administration of the Procore construction management platform across Montefiore Einstein's capital projects and construction operations. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between project teams, leadership, consultants, contractors, and technology partners to ensure successful adoption, standardization, and utilization of Procore to improve project delivery, reporting, document control, financial management, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead enterprise-wide deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of the Procore platform.</li> <li>Establish and maintain Procore governance standards, workflows, templates, permissions, reporting structures, and best practices.</li> <li>Coordinate implementation schedules, system enhancements, software updates, and future platform expansion initiatives.</li> <li>Analyze construction management processes and develop standardized workflows for document management, RFIs, submittals, change management, budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, quality, and safety management.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Procore-related initiatives and partner with project management, construction, finance, facilities, and IT teams.</li> <li>Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and support resources to drive adoption and effective utilization of Procore.</li> <li>Create executive dashboards, portfolio-level reporting, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Manage integrations between Procore and enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.</li> <li>Oversee data migration, validation, quality assurance, and compliance with organizational standards.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through emerging construction technologies and enhanced Procore functionality.</li> </ul>
