Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The LPN will practice under the direction of the appropriate clinical staff and cross cover across multiple practices.</li> <li>The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient's vital signs, patient intake and output, and recording patient history. This associate will administer medication, injections and functions in scope of license.</li> <li>This position will clean equipment in patient care areas and ensure patient care rooms are kept clean, and supplies are well stocked.</li> <li>The LPN will maintain records of patient activities and observations and submit records to the appropriate clinical staff regarding patient's condition.</li> <li>The LPN will assist with scheduling patients and authorizations to support administrative staff as needed. This position focuses on the <strong>Comprehensive Brain Center&nbsp;</strong>but can support other specialties as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Administers medications, injections, insulin, immunizations, perform finger sticks and functions in scope of license.</li> <li>Identifies patient goals, communicates, and collaborates with clinical team to support patient care plan.</li> <li>Performs clinical workflows.</li> <li>Monitor and record patient's vital signs, patient history and reason for visit.</li> <li>Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.</li> <li>Assist with scheduling, referral and follow up appointments.</li> <li>Cross cover multiple practices.</li> <li>Assist with authorizations and administrative needs as needed.</li> </ul>
