Overview: Under the supervision of the Director, Patient Safety/Risk Management, performs secretarial functions for the Risk Management &amp; Quality departments, including typing, coordination of meetings, acceptance of subpoenas, meeting minutes, and communications with Medical Staff, Administration, BOT and other Hospital department staff on a daily basis in conjunction with these department/division functions.

Requirements: <p><strong>Education/Training:&nbsp; </strong>High School Diploma or equivalent required; Ability to read, write and communicate in English.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp; Three Years of previous secretarial experience with word processing required, including demonstrated leadership qualities.&nbsp; Must be an accurate typist with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.</p> <p><strong>Licensure, Registration or Certification:</strong>&nbsp; N/A</p>
