Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assume responsibility of patient care as delegated and supervised by the RN.</li> <li>The LPN performs tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse.</li> <li>The LPN will support the philosophy, mission, vision and goals of the Nursing Division and the hospital.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Associate Degree - Graduate of accredited LPN program Required.</li> <li>1-3 years' acute care preferred.</li> <li>Able to read, write and communicate in English.</li> <li>Basic Dysrhythmia preferred/I.V. skills preferred.</li> <li>Licensed Practical Nurse New York - New York State Board of Nursing Required.</li> <li>BLS - American Heart Association Required.</li> </ul>
