Overview: Performs all required echocardiography and Transesophageal echocardiography examinations at both campuses when necessary and assuring high quality patient care at all times.&nbsp; <br /><br />Performs all required echocardiography and Transesophageal echocardiography examinations at both campuses when necessary and assuring high quality patient care at all times.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsibilities to include equipment evaluation, maintenance, procedure room set up, report, file, and tape preparation.</li> <li>Must be responsible for periodic On-Call duties and be available to respond within the timeframe outlined in the Radiology Policy and Procedure Guideline.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Education/Training</strong>:&nbsp; Technologist must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Formal training in diagnostic ultrasound. <strong>ARDMS/CCI registered sonographer</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong>:&nbsp; One year experience as an echocardiography technologist required. A working understanding and knowledge of equipment and physics of ultrasound/echocardiography.</p> <p><strong>Licensure, Registration or Certification</strong>:&nbsp; ARDMS/CCI registered</p>
