Requirements: <ul> <li>High School or GED Preferred</li> <li>Experience in housekeeping or maintenance work. Preferred</li> <li>Able to follow written directions and record information using high school level literacy skills.</li> <li>Visual and auditory acuity. Ability</li> <li>Ability to read, write and communicate in English.</li> <li>Able to engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing.</li> <li>Able to work outdoors in extremes of heat and cold.</li> <li>Personal maturity, calmness of disposition, and a friendly supportive attitude are required, as is a willingness to learn</li> </ul>
