In addition, our COVID protocols include: a screening kiosk, human-to-human interaction if an alert is triggered, and multiple audits through the day to ensure disinfection, distancing (obtained partly through staggered shift starts and lunchroom barriers), and masking protocols are being adhered to.

Impact and autonomy. You will have the chance to spearhead projects that align with our vision to become a best-in-class world-class production facility. You will lead continuous improvement projects to reduce operational costs through increased efficiency and eliminating redundancies and take the initiative to identify gaps in process and apply your insights to roll out solutions. What we do today isn't necessarily what we will do tomorrow; we want your ideas, and we want you to play a role in bringing them to life. The impact of your work will be far-reaching.
